The KDCM series is a new, completely redesigned series of semi-automatic and fully automatic machines in modular design. Natural, artificial and fibre casings in the gauge range of 25-110 (120) mm are processed as raw, cooked and boiled sausages into portion sausages, sausage rings, sausage chains, and stick sausages, which run out in a discharge tray or on different roller conveyors. The movable, adjustable casing brake prevents casing overload and ensures portion-precise stuffing. Handling, conversion, cleaning, and maintenance are ideal. The machines have wide-opening hoods and are easy to inspect thanks to the inclined position at an angle of 10 degrees; beyond that, the machines can be swivelled.
The components made of stainless steel, inclined surfaces and a new design with free-hanging matrix plates meet highest hygiene requirements. With the electronic counter, 20 comfortable memory programs are available for the semi-automatic machine KDCM.
TC 1590, an electronically controlled single clipper for processing ready-made casing sections. Among the special features are its speed and an especially long-lasting, solid construction. As a result of the short stuffing tube, a clear sectional view is provided during stuffing.
In order to keep the closed casing end clean, and to prevent sausage meat seeping out of the stuffing tube when changing the casing, a pneumatic return pump is installed between the stuffer and the stuffing tube. After the end of a clipping process, this pump pulls the surplus product into a storage tank, and inserts it again at the start of the next operation. Its capacity is 80 cm³. When processing products which tend to smear, it is possible to replace the return pump with a so-called raw sausage support.
The machine can be coupled with all conventional stuffers. The size of the portion is determined either by the stuffer, using the clipping pulse, or by the length stop on the clipper.
The TCV 1590 ENV is the right choice for the production of large gauged and especially long sausages that can be cut into slices. This version is equipped with a 100 mm long discharge tray.
